SAN DIEGO -- There some outrageous co-ed sports teams that take you back to those glory days of your youth, make you break a sweat and help you to make new friends."I pretty much just play [kickball] because it's a lot more fun than just lifting weights all day," kickball player Julie Olson said. For those who grew up playing elementary games like kickball and dodgeball, there are adult leagues available."You're outdoors, you're still running. It's a good time," Olson said. "It's dodgeball -- everyone gets hit in the head -- it's hilarious," dodgeball player Tracy Anderson said. But if you're looking for a workout with a little more punch, a boxing club might be for you."It's fun. It's not boring like running down the road or taking an aerobics class where you're swinging and punching in the air," boxing club member Meredith Mattison said.Even beginners can enjoy it."The teacher knows you're new, so he would take time to walk me through a new routine," boxing club member Elle Bertolli said. And there is an added bonus."It's a good stress relief," boxing club member Tony Harper said. For more information, visit GoVavi.com or TheBoxingClub.net
