The Sabre Springs home that David Westerfield signed over to his attorneys has been sold after seven months, 10News reported.

Official documents show the sale of Westerfield's home (pictured, left) was completed Monday to someone named Dale W. Martin.

The selling price was $435,000 -- down from an original asking price of almost $485,000.

Westerfield was convicted in August of kidnapping and killing 7-year-old Danielle van Dam, the convicted killer's neighbor. The same jury that convicted Westerfield recommended he be executed. His sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 22.
