A: Depending on family size and annual income, monthly costs may range from $0 to $15 per child ages 0 through 20 in San Diego County - this is the cost of a pizza dinner with your family!

CHIP - A voluntary collaborative of healthcare stakeholders in the San Diego region.
The Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP) is a collaboration of San Diego health care systems, hospitals, community clinics, insurers, physicians, universities, community benefit organizations and the County of San Diego who are dedicated to a common vision. Formed in 1995, CHIP is organized under the auspices of the Healthcare Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Project Concern - Saving lives in San Diego and worldwide.
CHIP and Project Concern International (PCI) have recently launched a cause marketing media campaign, To Your Health / A Su Salud. Media partners include: KGTV Channel 10, KyXy, Klove, La Nueva, Televisa, Cox Communications, PennySaver, Enlace and the San Diego Union-Tribune. The main objective of the To Your Health / A Su Salud media campaign is to educate the general public and business community on an ongoing basis about the pertinent health issues which were identified by CHIP's most recent Needs Assessment. The current focus of To Your Health / A Su Salud is Access to Health Care and Healthy Behaviors messages that reach the San Diego-Tijuana region.

Cause marketing is a cooperative effort designed to enhance the public awareness, marketing, public relations, competitive position and growth of non-profits, corporations and the media. This innovative approach to marketing enables all participants to differentiate their mission or services in the marketplace.
